How to Get Bigger Breasts

Many women claim that they would love to have bigger breasts. There are even women that undergo plastic surgery to get big breasts. No need for plastic surgery! There are a few tricks that can make your breasts look bigger!

Here’s what you can do to make your breasts look visually bigger:

  • Buy a push up bra, instead of an ordinary bra. A push up bra will give more volume to your breasts.
  • Wear narrow open shirts and blouses. Wear dresses that have patterns on the chest area.
  • Wear bright colors. Bright colors create an illusion that something is bigger.
  • Wear shirts with horizontal stripes. Horizontal stripes will visually make your breasts look bigger.
  • A long necklace can make your breasts look bigger.
  • Wear clothes that make your waist look smaller. You can also wear a wide belt on your waist. The smaller your waist looks, the bigger your breasts will appear.

Besides clothing, there are other ways to make your breast look bigger.

Breast Massage

Make a fresh onion juice, turmeric and honey mixture. Use the mixture to massage your breasts. Put on a bra after the massage and wear it for all day and night to get better results.

Breast Exercise

Exercises can also help you have bigger looking and stronger breasts. Doctors recommend exercising the pectoral muscles every day for a few minutes. Push-ups are great exercise that can strengthen the pectoral muscles and biceps. Start doing 2 or 3 sets of 10 push-ups per day, if you’re already doing this exercise before and you are physically strong. If you are beginner, start with 2 sets of 5 push-ups, and then work your way up.

Weight Gain

Gain some weight if you want to naturally get bigger breasts. If you gain a few pounds, your breasts will fill out all along with the other parts of your body such as stomach and thighs.

Include Foods Rich in Estrogen and Phytoestrogen

Eat more foods that contain estrogen and phytoestrogen. Estrogen is a female hormone responsible for increasing the size of your breasts. So start eating more foods that contain estrogen to help your breasts get a little bigger. Here are some foods rich in estrogen:

  • Lentils and chickpeas
  • Kidney beans
  • Dairy products (cheese and yogurt)
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Spices (sage, clover, and oregano)
  • Fruits (apples, cherries, and plums)
  • Vegetables (beets, carrots, and cucumbers)
  • Grains (rice, barley, and wheat)

Phytoestrogen is very helpful when your estrogen levels are low, and can help to increase your breasts. Phytoestrogen tablets according to some studies have increased the size of the breast tissue in pre-menopausal women. This is additional reason why you should start eating foods that contain this hormone. Here are some foods rich in phytoestrogen:

  • Nuts (pistachios, walnuts, cashews, and chestnuts)
  • Beverages (red wine, white wine, black tea, and green tea)
  • Fruit (peaches, strawberries, and raspberries)
  • Green beans and winter squash

Wear something tight to give the appearance of a fuller chest.

A tight-fitting top can make your breasts look bigger instantly. Wear a top that’s a little tight or fitted around your chest or choose a dress that has a fitted bodice.

Layer 2 bras to double or triple your cup size.

Put on a bra that is a little too small on you, then layer a second bra over that one that is a little too big on you. The effect of layering the 2 bras will be a 2 to 3 cup size increase!

Stuff your bra with a breast enhancement pad or sock.

You can purchase padding for your bras, sometimes called “cutlets” or “cookies.” These inserts fit over or under your breasts in your bra to create the appearance of bigger breasts. If you don’t have these items, you can also use a small sock to pad your bra. Fold or roll 2 socks and place 1 under each of your breasts on the inside of your bra.

Do push-ups to make your breasts look perkier.

Push-ups strengthen the pectoral muscles that are located below the breasts, which can help to lift your breasts and make them look bigger. Start with your stomach on the floor and your hands directly below your shoulders. Then, slowly push your body upwards. Push against the ground until your arms are out straight. Lower down to the ground without letting your stomach touch the floor and then push yourself up again.

Hold your body in the plank position.

Planks are a great exercise for toning and strengthening your whole body, but they target the arms and chest, which may help to make your breasts look bigger. Lay on the ground with your palms facing down on the floor and your toes curled under as if you’re about to do a push-up. Then, extend your arms so that your chest is over your palms. Keep your back straight and flat and your toes curled under.

Incorporate dumbbell bench presses.

This classic move works your chest muscles along with your arms and shoulders. Lie on your back on a bench or exercise ball. Then, push the dumbbells upwards so that they are above your chest. Hold for 1 second, then slowly lower the dumbbells back down until they’re almost parallel with your chest
