How To Get Naturally White Teeth
Everyone dreams about having naturally white teeth. Luckily for you, your dreams can become a reality and you can have a pearly white smile without going to the dentist.

All you need is some baking soda and lemon.
Grab a small bowl and add 1 tbsp. of baking soda in it. Slice one lemon in a half and squeeze it. Add the juice in the bowl and mix it with the baking soda. Mix until the bubbles pop. Apply the mixture with your fingers.
Use whitening toothpaste if you’re on a tight budget
A tube of whitening toothpaste typically costs less than $10 at the drugstore or local supermarket.
Look for an ingredient called blue covarine in your whitening toothpaste
Blue covarine binds to your teeth and creates an optical illusion that makes them appear less yellow.
Brush twice per day
You should see some results within two to four weeks. For increased effectiveness, follow up with whitening mouthwash.
Brush and floss your teeth
Check to see that your trays are free of moisture.
Purchase baking soda and 3% hydrogen peroxide
Both items can be found at local pharmacies and supermarkets.
Mix 1 tsp (6 g) of baking soda and 1 teaspoon (4.9 mL) of peroxide
Add the ingredients to a cup, then stir the mixture until it becomes a paste. You may notice some bubbling as the ingredients combine, and that’s okay. Keep stirring until your paste is consistent.
Dip a toothbrush into the mixture for brushing
Make sure you use a separate toothbrush from the one you normally use to brush your teeth. Coat the brush with your paste like you would during normal brushing.
Brush your teeth with the paste
Use gentle, circular motions to scrub all of your teeth. Brushing too hard can cause a receding gum line. Continue brushing for about 2 minutes to give the paste time to work.
Rinse your mouth with water and spit
Make sure you don’t swallow this mixture because it can be harmful. Instead, use warm water to rinse your mouth thoroughly. Then, spit the water out into the sink.
Brush your teeth normally using your regular toothpaste
Using your normal toothbrush, brush your teeth with your regular fluoride toothpaste. Use slow, circular motions to make sure you deeply clean your teeth. Then, rinse your mouth with warm water and spit it out.
Buy activated charcoal
Activated charcoal is different from common barbecue charcoal in that it is specifically meant for use as a medicine. It works by absorbing chemicals, and as such is often used as a remedy for intestinal gas or acid. Since it works by absorbing toxins and chemicals, it also draws stains off your teeth.
Dip a clean, wet toothbrush into the powdered charcoal
Get a good coating of charcoal over the toothbrush you’ll need enough to cover all of your teeth.
Rub the charcoal onto your teeth in a circular motion
Start brushing your teeth using the toothbrush and activated charcoal. Use gentle motions, circular motions as you scrub your teeth. Keep this up for about two minutes.
Spit out the charcoal
This may be a little difficult, since your mouth may be dry. Just try to accumulate as much saliva as you can to spit.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water
You may need to do this a few times to completely wash away the charcoal. Be sure to swish the water around to remove any remaining charcoal in your mouth.
Brush your teeth normally using your regular toothpaste
Put a dab of your normal toothpaste onto your toothbrush, then scrub your teeth using gentle, circular motions. Finally, rinse your mouth with warm water and spit it out in the sink.
