How to Make a Bedtime Skin Care Routine

Pimples, dry skin, oily skin, and blackheads. The worst skin enemy of every teenager and adult on the planet. Learn how to prevent dry skin, oily skin, blackheads, and sometimes even pimples with this article!

Step

Get a makeup remover. They are typically cheap.

Remove your makeup. Going to bed with makeup on is the worst thing any teenage girl or woman can do! It clogs your pores overnight and WILL cause pimples! If you don’t wear makeup, you can skip this step.

Wash your face with warm water. If you wash your face with cold water, your pores will remain closed throughout the wash and they will not be cleaned, leading to blackheads. Clean & Clear detoxifying facial wash is an amazing facial wash.

Use a salicylic acid based pad to prevent breakouts and calm any breakouts that you currently have. The salicylic acid goes into your pores and breakouts to break apart any dirt, oil, etc that may reside there.

Use a toner. A toner is going to remove any residue that is on your face and tighten up your skin.

Use a moisturizer! A moisturizer is going to help make your skin soft and baby smooth!

Use a chapstick at night! This will make your lips soft!

Get 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night!

Get in bed, use an eye mask. Lights out, sleep tight!

Enjoy your smooth, soft, acne-free skin!
