Packed with vitamin K, B vitamins, copper, potassium and manganese, they’re full of nutrients that will help you jumpstart your day. Bananas make shakes oh-so-creamy. This drink does admittedly taste a bit earthy, so sweeten things up a bit if you’d prefer with Stevia.
