How To Treat Milk Spots with Natural Remedies

Milia is a skin condition that causes small, white bumps that appear on the skin. The white hard bumps mainly occur on the face, chest and neck. The condition is commonly known as milk spots and it mainly occurs in babies, teenagers and very rarely, in adults.

Honey is the best natural remedy for many skin conditions. Rub a bit of honey on your face every day and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse with water.

Oatmeal scrub

Grand a cup of oatmeal. Add a bit of water to make a paste. Rub the paste all over your face, especially the areas where you have white spots. Do this every day to get the best results.

Tomato juice
